Super useful cheesecloths, this size works for anything, grade 100 (finest in the market) and they are hemmed!
This is a 1 gallon (milk) cheese mold, but I am using it now to strain my large kefir grains when they are crazy large, much easier/faster to strain. I place it on top of a small bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. Strains is seconds!

This is a fruit & vegetable cleaning brush, but I use it to brush/scrub the cheese rind whenever the cheese needs it during the aging process.
These are the cheesecloths I always use to drain the curds, line a colander or line a cheese mold.
This is the mold I use the most when making 1 gallon (milk) cheese. I like the brick shape for slicing cheese and pan frying.

Great price for vacuum sealer bags. I use the 11″ x 16″ gallon size when using a Sous Vide, and size 8″ x 12″ for everything else.
This is the Sous Vide I have. I cook chicken, pork and beef on week days (just for convenience), make yogurt!, soft-boiled eggs (amazing!), so many uses. I use the Joule app to pair with Joule and I can even go away and stop the cooking from anywhere.
I am just in love with this Smart Oven, use it to warm food, air fry, toast homemade bread/waffles. So easy to clean! Great size too! My best upgrade this year!
